Reformer

In our private Reformer room, practice on a state-of-the-art Balanced Body Allegro 2 machine with Tower. The Tower system adds a wide variety of exercises to the repertoire – including 95% of the Cadillac functionality.

The private room also features a Spine Corrector, designed to improve spinal mobility, promote increased flexibility in the spine, and improve overall body alignment and posture.

Yoga

Our private sessions allow you to practice solo, with your partner, or in small groups (maximum three people). Each session is designed to meet your specific objectives, whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, learn relaxation techniques, or work on advanced postures.

Fitness

Boxing, HIIT, cardio... our certified coaches will design you a tailor-made training program. Improve your endurance and increase your energy while working within your own limitations and preferences. Maximum three people.
