The basics

How can I book a class?

You can reserve classes on our Schedule or by downloading the Aja House app on your mobile phone. You can choose between our new client offer, a single class, a pack of classes, or a monthly membership. Our schedule opens three weeks ahead of time so that you can plan ahead. Any questions, just call us. We look forward to seeing you!

I don’t speak French. Can I attend a class ?

Of course! All of our teachers can guide you in English. We also offer group classes taught exclusively in English.

What should I bring to class?

Please wear comfortable clothing and don’t forget to pack your grip socks if you’ve booked a Reformer class. For the rest, we have you covered: mats, props, showers, towels, hair dryers, toiletries, fruit- and herb-infused water, and a café to refuel afterwards.

What happens if I'm running late?

Sometimes this happens, please call us if you think you will be running late. To prevent injury and to be considerate to the teacher and other students, late comers will not be admitted beyond 5 minutes after the class has begun. We kindly request you arrive 10-15 mins before class has started so you have enough time to be signed in, get settled, and be asked about injuries & modifications.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can modify or cancel your class (online or through our app) up to 18 hours before the start time of the session. This gives you flexibility while maintaining the quality of our studio's organization (notifying our instructors and accommodating other interested students). After this deadline, you will have to pay a late cancellation fee or lose the class. In any case, please let us know as soon as possible! We hope to see you again soon at Aja House.

What does it mean if I join the waitlist?

When you join the waitlist of a full class you are selecting to attend the class should a spot become available. If someone cancels, you will receive an email alerting you that you have been added to class. Clients will be placed into the class up to 12 hours before the start time of class. If you are on the waitlist, but know you can no longer attend the class, please remove yourself via the app.

Do you have showers and changing facilities?

Yes, both our women’s and men’s changing rooms are equipped with all of your pre- and post-workout needs, including towels, showers, lockers and hair dryers.
